- Next, provide the necessary flight details and your cellphone number while you’re traveling. Complete the booking information, and proceed to securely finalize the payment through our online system.
- You can anticipate receiving a confirmation of your reservation via email within 24 hours. If you’re booking a shuttle for the same day, rest assured that we’ll promptly reach out to you during our business hours, which are from 7 AM to 9 PM.
- Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive an email containing detailed instructions on where to meet your shuttle upon your arrival or departure, along with the scheduled transfer time.
- Please take note that if you have concerns about your flight, airport procedures, luggage, or customs that might affect your ability to make the designated shuttle time, feel free to request a later shuttle time. It’s important to remember that missed shuttles do not qualify for a refund. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities, and we’re here to assist you with a smooth transfer experience.
Once you have completed your booking and payment successfully, we will promptly notify you via email or phone if necessary. You will receive detailed instructions regarding your check-in location, whether it’s at the Los Cabos Airport or the bus terminal in Los Barriles (a map and directions will be provided at that time). Your name will be registered on our list, and you will be assigned to a shuttle. When it’s time for departure, our staff will guide you to the shuttle van that is scheduled to leave.

Please be aware that when you make an online ticket purchase, you are obligated to adhere to our terms of service policies and consent to the following:
- Tickets cost per person in US Dollars.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Tickets can’t be transferred, and missed tickets are non-refundable. They are final sale.
- If you miss your flight or experience delays, you’ll need to purchase a new ticket as tickets are non-refundable.
- Each passenger can carry one standard suitcase and one backpack or purse, not exceeding a total of 50 lbs. Extra luggage incurs charges.
- Booking 72 hours ahead is recommended; exact departure times are not guaranteed.
- We may adjust your shuttle based on availability.
- Wait times can be over an hour as we fill the shuttle. Delays can be up to 6 hours max.
- Be at the pick-up location 30 minutes before the scheduled shuttle time.
- Shuttle to the entrance of Los Barriles off the main highway downtown bus station – not to resorts or private residences. From downtown Los Barriles you can catch a local taxi to your final destination.
*Cancellations within the 72-hour service window do not qualify for refunds. All refunds regardless of the timeframe of service are subject to a $5 processing fee.
