  5. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email containing comprehensive instructions regarding the meeting point for your shuttle upon arrival or departure, as well as the scheduled transfer time.
  6. NOTE: If you do not feel confident that your flight, airport immigration, luggage, or customs will allow you to make a designated time ask for a later shuttle time. Missed shuttles do not constitute a refund.

After you have completed your booking and made the payment, we will promptly inform you via email or phone, if required. You will receive instructions on where to meet and check in, either at the Los Cabos Airport or the bus terminal in Todos Santos (map and directions provided at that time).   5. Each passenger is permitted one standard suitcase and one backpack or purse, with a combined weight limit of 50 lbs. Any excess luggage weight will incur additional charges at the location.
  6. For optimal scheduling, we recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee a specific departure time for your shuttle.
  7. By making a purchase, you grant us permission to adjust your departure or arrival shuttle as necessary based on availability for the designated transfer date(s).
  8. It is important to note that wait times may extend beyond an hour, as we strive to fill the shuttle bus with additional passengers before departure, with the possibility of delays of up to but not exceeding 6 hours.
  9. You must be present at the assigned pick-up location no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled shuttle departure time.
  10. Shuttle to Todos Santos downtown bus station – not to resorts or private residences. From downtown Todos Santos, you can catch a local taxi to your final destination.

*Cancellations within the 72-hour service window do not qualify for refunds. All refunds regardless of the timeframe of service are subject to a $5 processing fee.
