Follow the instructions to get your ticket for the La Paz Shuttle:
- Book Online your date and select one-way or round-trip
- Fill in your flight details, traveling cell phone number, and booking information, and complete the secure online payment
- We confirm the reservation by email within 24 hours (if same-day we will email/call you during business hours (7 AM – 9 PM)
- We’ll send you an email with details on where to meet your shuttle on arrival/departure and the time of transfer
Once completed and paid for you will be notified via email or phone, if necessary, where to meet and check-in at the Los Cabos Airport or, at the bus terminal in La Paz. A representative will be waiting for you outside Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 under an assigned umbrella. Your name is on the list and assigned to a La Paz shuttle. Once we are ready to leave you will be directed to the departing shuttle van.

- La Paz shuttles depart from the Cabo Airport every hour starting at 12:30 PM with the last departure at 5:30 PM
- Departures from La Paz bus terminal to Los Cabos Airport every hour starting at 7 AM with the last departure at 11 AM.
- Note: we reserve the right to modify your shuttle departure to a later time to group most passengers in a single transfer.

PLEASE NOTE that by purchasing a ticket online you are bound by our terms of service policies and agree to the following:

- Price is per person, in US Dollars.
- Sorry, absolutely no pets are allowed.
- Tickets are non-transferable and no refunds for missed/abandoned tickets.
- If you missed your flight, flight delays, taxi delays, or other delays do not constitute refunds, you will have to purchase a new ticket.
- One large suitcase, and 1 backpack or purse for a total of 50 lbs maximum per passenger. Excess luggage weight will be charged accordingly at the location.
- 72+ hours + advanced booking is recommended for optimal scheduling. We cannot guarantee a set time for your dispatch.
- By purchasing you agree to allow us to adjust your departure/arrival shuttle based on availability for that/those days of transfer(s).
- Wait time can exceed an hour to fill the shuttle bus with more passengers for a departure and can delay the departure for up to but not to exceed 6 hours.
- You agree to be at the assigned pick-up location no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled shuttle departure time.
*Cancellations within the 72-hour service window do not qualify for refunds. All refunds regardless of the timeframe of service are subject to a $5 processing fee.
